Your Yearly Review: 18 Journal Prompts to Guide you to Reflect, Reset and Redirect

Hey special soul,

It’s that time of year when the festivities are upon us and you finally have some breathing space from your usual day-to-day life. Yes, the perfect time to pause, reflect, and get truly present to everything you’ve discovered, created and achieved in the last 12 months!

In a time when all of society is looking forward to what’s next with New Years Goals and Resolutions, this is when I like to take a moment to do the work required to become a butterfly….

”How does one become a butterfly?” she asked pensively.

Orange Butterfly, “You must want to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a caterpillar.”

The metamorphosis process when a caterpillar becomes butterfly reminds us that we can evolve and transform at any moment we choose. Well, this is your moment. Right now to get the gold and lessons of 2019. Let go of what is no longer serving you and expand into your newest, boldest 2020 version.

In these journal prompts below, you’ll have a series of 18 questions to get the gold out of 2019 and start creating some intentions for 2020 (not goals and plans yet, just intentions for now).

Grab your journal and sink in with a cheeky cuppa…
