Podcast Feature: The Full Circle

I was stoked to feature on Anna Squelch’s The Full Circle Podcast.

I first met Anna at a mutual friends dinner when I was still working in corporate law. It was shortly after that dinner I left the corporate world and dove into coaching, and have been in touch ever since. She’s a holistic life coach, and life me, left the corporate world to pursue something that felt authentically here.

We chat about The Social Experiment, Untapped, and my journey from lawyer turned coach.

In this episode, we talk about:

  • Celebrating my first client wins

  • The now or never moment which led me to handing in her resignation from her corporate job to pursue coaching

  • The first steps to take when you know your corporate job is no longer in alignment

  • The freedom that comes from surrender

  • The importance of revealing your core values

  • The sunk cost fallacy of ‘giving up’

  • Being a student of the work, forever

  • The importance of integration and embodiment in embedding change. Doing only ‘one thing’ every day towards your goal.

  • How to find freedom within discipline

  • The distinction between deep work and shallow work and how to implement

  • My adult ‘star chart’

  • How I’m pushing through her resistance to meditation

  • How pure serendipity led me to meet her soulmate

  • My years hiding an eating disorder from her friends and family

Let me know what your biggest ‘golden nugget’ from!
