I’ll often try to talk myself out of going to yoga.

“I’m too busy. I’ve got too much on. I’m tired.”

  1. Complete the Four Tendencies Quiz.  Understanding your motivators is KEY to taking action and keeping your commitments.

  2. What systems and structures do you have in place for your success? Reverse engineering your milestones to get there. Remove friction and increase clarity. Make it easy to stick to your commitments.

  3. Create accountability. What support do you need for those structures? Giving your word to something. Invest from a time or financial perspective to create a commitment you’ll stick with.

  4. You get momentum when you keep your commitments. You can take more action when you’re on fire with your discipline AND you get to nourish yourself when you break through these moments.
