Laura Wallace is a dedicated family and child coach and founder of Kids Empowerment Coaching making waves in the world of family empowerment. Laura’s journey began about five years ago when she first conceived the idea of becoming a kids coach, after 15 years in the education sector as a teacher she saw the gaps for supporting neurodiverse children. However, she was filled with self doubt, fear of failure and paralysed by perfectionism.

The Mastery Journey: Learning the Business Game

Initially, she felt overwhelmed and unprepared in these areas, but with time and guidance, she learned to enjoy sales calls as opportunities to connect with people. Laura's work goes beyond individual coaching sessions. She has developed two innovative curriculums: EmpowerMe for kids age 7-17 and The Empowered Parent program for parents. EmpowerMe helps children or teens with neurodiversity develop their confidence, embrace change, navigate social challenges and manage big emotions.It has proven immensely valuable for enhancing relationships. The Empowered Parent curriculum equips parents with tools to navigate the challenges of parenting, building stronger family connections and fostering empathy within the family unit. Laura’s unique methodology is The Empowerment Loop which focuses on effective communication and teaching people how to listen, respond, and act appropriately.

Laura's journey into entrepreneurship has been a journey of personal growth, shifting her mindset and pushing her out of her comfort zone. There were moments when she contemplated returning to her previous career, but her determination and the support she received from the Untapped Mastery community kept her on course.
